Our story
Why ADES exists
Over the years, one pattern became difficult to ignore. Contractors often brought in external BIM support to reduce pressure on their teams, only to find themselves spending more time explaining requirements, checking inconsistent work and following up on unresolved issues. The support was meant to make delivery easier, but too often it created another layer to manage.
That experience shaped the reason I started ADES. I wanted to build a company that understands the responsibility behind every model, not simply producing geometry, but working from a clearly defined scope, following the client’s standards, reviewing the work properly and communicating before problems become surprises.
We are beginning with BIM integration, MEP coordination and Digital Delivery because these are the areas we understand deeply. But the larger purpose is to build better Digital-Engineering-Systems, that connect reliable project information, thoughtful automation and construction execution in a way that project teams can genuinely depend on.

Leadership
Prashant Andani, Founder
Prashant’s experience spans BIM/VDC delivery for complex infrastructure and building projects in the United States, including reality capture, existing-conditions modeling, multidisciplinary coordination, model QA/QC and workflow automation. He has led project delivery from initial requirements and field information through technical review and final handoff, with responsibility for quality, technical accuracy and alignment with client standards.
